Are there any standard panels in stock?
As a rule, we manufacture standard panels within one day, so we do not need to keep them in stock.
Does the price of the material include adhesive for gluing panels to the deck?
No, sealant adhesive for installation is not included in the price of the material and must be ordered separately. Rolled materials come with adhesive for bonding profiles together.
Do you have ready-made templates for boats?
We have many templates from different boats, but we work with templates specifically for your boat, as there are almost always differences in configuration, versions, etc. Therefore, if you want to order a set of artificial teak panels that are well suited to your boat, you will need to send us your templates. Thank you for your understanding.
What is the color option? Is there a material with white stripes?
The standard warehouse program is classic teak color, light-color, and gray color with black stripes. Material with white stripes is available; please check with our specialists for availability of this material in stock. For large orders, we can manufacture any combination according to your request.

What are my payment options?
You can pay for your orders by bank transfer to our account, by credit or debit card via PayPal, or from your PayPal account.
How long does it take to prepare my order for shipment?
We usually process orders within three to five working days. Order preparation times depend on the type of product and availability in stock.
When ordering ready-to-install panels based on your templates, our specialist will specify the manufacturing time.

VAT issues
The prices listed in the online shop are exclusive of VAT. Once you have entered your address, the applicable VAT rate for your country will be automatically calculated and added to the total order cost.
If your company is registered with the European VIES system, VAT will not be charged. To ensure this happens, please make sure to enter your company name and your full VAT number, including the letter prefix and digits.

How to track my order?
You will receive an email from us after you have placed the order. You’ll get confirmation in your email when you purchase and we’ll let you know when your order is on the move. You will be able to track your order through your preferred shipping partner.

What is your Refund & Exchange Policy?
Custom-made products are not eligible for return or replacement, except in cases of defect. However, you may return rolls of material, accessories, and adhesives within 15 days, provided that the packaging is completely intact. Returned items must be in the exact same condition as they were received.

How do I cancel or change my order?
If you have placed an order in the online store and have not yet paid for it, you can always change its status to ‘Cancelled’.
If you want to change your online order and have not yet made a payment, simply create a new order and cancel the previous one.

Why might my order be delayed?
In the product descriptions, we always indicate if the delivery time for a specific product may be longer than usual. This message, ‘ATTENTION, DELIVERY TIME MAY BE EXTENDED. CHECK THE DELIVERY TIME BEFORE ORDERING,’ is located directly above the ‘ADD to CART’ button. Please pay attention to these messages. Thank you for your understanding.
How long does the delivery take?
Delivery times depend on the destination country. In most EU countries, orders are delivered within 5 working days after shipment from our warehouse.
In some EU countries, the UK, and island territories, delivery times may be slightly longer.
Delivery to countries other than those listed above usually takes 7 to 14 working days. Express delivery within 3 working days is also available for the USA (excluding customs clearance).
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping to all EU countries, except for some island territories (Canary Islands, Malta, Cyprus, Crete etc.). Shipping to the Balearic Islands, Sardinia, Corsica, and Sicily may also be free. Delivery to the UK, US, Switzerland, and countries outside the European Union is always charged.
Free delivery is available for the following orders:

– Orders placed in the online shop for standard panels, roll materials and accessories;
Free delivery does not apply to custom orders and panels made to order, as well as wholesale deliveries.
Do you ship to US / Canada?
Yes, we deliver orders to the United States and Canada, as well as to other countries around the world using DHL.
Does the delivery cost include customs clearance and duties?
No, customs duties and fees are not included in the order or delivery price. As a rule, we ship orders via a transport company that handles customs clearance, but you are responsible for paying your country’s customs duties separately.
No customs clearance is required for all EU countries, except for territories with a special tax regime (e.g. the Canary Islands or Malta).

The panels are glued over the entire surface using a continuous layer of sealant approximately 1 mm thick. The average sealant consumption is 900 ml per square metre, meaning you will need 1.5 sausages of 600 ml each or 3 cartridges of 290 ml each per square metre.
What adhesive can be used for gluing panels to the deck?
To ensure a reliable and predictable result, we recommend using only sealants that we have tested. In our online shop, you will find Merbenit MB55 sealant, which is ideal for installing our product.
