WHAT IS ISOTEAK SYNTHETIC TEAK DECKING?

Isoteak is artificial synthetic teak made of original PVC based composition. We proudly offer you decking material made with a respect to design and traditions of shipbuilding.

The our synthetic teak looks almost like real teak, gives a boat premium look and does not require maintenance. Isoteak decking is UV stabilized, flexible but has solid structure, and doesn't loose it's great appearance over time, which is confirmed by five-year warranty.

ISOTEAK panels are hot welded which prevents splitting during installation and after it. It can be combine with any surface (plastic, wood, metal, concrete). It easy to installation and doesn't need screwing. For bonding to a deck we use a special sealant with MS polymer, which is intended for nautica.

Our material is available in rolls, flexi teak sheets over 100 standard sizes for self-installation or you can order a low cost set of faux teak panels according to your template.

The Isoteak Pro Deck system is thought out to detail. Developing the system we took into account all advantages and disadvantages of competitors. It perfect for both professional installers and self-installation without a welding process.

Double seam for greater reliability. When developing our profile, we paid particular attention to the reliability of the interlocking profiles. We have developed a unique lock with a double connection. This lock allows the profiles to be glued together and then welded for greater reliability. In our final products, such as sheets or ready-to-install panels, we use double panel bonding, first we glue the panels together with a water-resistant adhesive and then we weld the seam. ISOTEAK DECKING OPTIONS

ISOTEAK DIY PROFILE

Universal profile for self-assembly of the deck. The 150 mm wide profile with a lock is suitable for all deck surfaces. It can be bent for laying on the side walkways of a boat deck. Suitable for both professionals (with the use of hot welding) and for self-laying without welding, only with the use of glue.

ISOTEAK SHEETS

These are panels of various standard sizes from which you can cut the necessary surfaces directly on the boat using a template. You do not need to wait for the installers, you can do everything yourself, and several times cheaper! More than 100 panel sizes are available to choose from.

PANELS BY TEMPLATE

We make panels according to your templates. You will receive a ready-to-install set of panels that you can stick on the deck of your yacht yourself or with the help of local craftsmen. The cost for each project is calculated individually. We can offer simple panels or panels with a frame (margined design).

DECKING ACCESSORIES
