Isoteak is artificial synthetic teak system made of original PVC based composition. We proudly offer you decking material made with a respect to design and traditions of shipbuilding.

Our synthetic teak decking for boats and yachts looks almost like real teak, gives a premium look and does not require maintenance. Isoteak decking is UV stabilized, flexible but has solid structure, and doesn't loose it's great appearance over time, which is confirmed by five-year warranty.

ISOTEAK Pro Deck system is cost-effective solution for boat flooring and deck refit. It easy to installation and doesn't need screwing. For bonding to a deck we use a special sealant with MS polymer, which is intended for nautica.

Our synthetic teak decking materials is available in system of profiles in rolls and custom-size sheets for self-installation or you can order a ready-to-install set of panels according to your boat floor template.

Double seam for greater reliability. When developing our profile, we paid particular attention to the reliability of the interlocking profiles. We have developed a unique lock with a double connection. This lock allows the profiles to be glued together and then welded for greater reliability. In our final products, such as sheets or ready-to-install panels, we use double panel bonding, first we glue the panels together with a water-resistant adhesive and then we weld the seam.

DECK PROFILES SYSTEM

Synthetic teak decking system for boats and yachts deck refit. This decking system features a triple-plank with a double lock and border profiles, suitable for all marine deck surfaces. Suitable for both professionals (for making deck panels using hot welding) and for self-laying without welding. The flexible profiles can be bent for side walkways of a boat deck.

CUSTOM SET BY TEMPLATE

We manufacture ready-to-install deck panels according to your boat's floor templates. You will receive a set of welded panels made of artificial teak, which you can glue to the deck yourself or with the help of local craftsmen. The cost of each project is calculated individually. We can offer simple panels or panels with a frame (margined design).
