Return & Refund Policy
At ISOTEAK, we aim to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Our return policy depends on the type of product ordered.
Custom-Made Products
Custom-made products, including synthetic teak decking sheets manufactured to specific dimensions, ready-to-install panels, and other products made to individual customer specifications, are not eligible for return, exchange, or replacement, except in cases of manufacturing defects or non-conformity with the agreed specifications.
Please carefully check all measurements, colors, and specifications before placing your order.
Standard Products
You may return standard products, including rolls of synthetic teak decking, accessories, and adhesives, within 15 days of delivery, provided that:
- The products have not been used, cut, modified, or damaged.
- All returned items are in the same condition as when they were received, except for handling necessary to inspect them.
- Products are securely repackaged in sealed, protective packaging suitable for return shipping, ensuring they arrive in their original condition.
Original packaging may be opened for inspection.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the return is due to a defective or incorrectly supplied product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will process the applicable refund using the original payment method, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
How to Request a Return
Please contact ISOTEAK through www.isoteak.com and provide your order number before sending any products back. We will provide the necessary return instructions.
Important Information
This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights under applicable EU and Slovenian legislation, including the right of withdrawal and remedies for defective or non-conforming goods.
